Brian was one of the four individuals who founded MDSI in 1991. He had previously worked for a nationwide search firm for approximately nine years. Due to his fifteen plus years of experience, he is recognized by his peers and clients as an expert in his field. Since day one, the Southeastern section of the United States has been his personal territory. He graduated from Pace University in 1982 with a BBA in Business. Brian also served in the United States Marine Corp. for six years.

Victor Delray

Victor is a founding partner of MDSI. He has over 15 years recruiting experience specializing in placing sales, sales management, and technical pre-sales people in the data processing industry. His specific territory is the Southwest focusing mostly on the Texas area. Victor's knowledge in this marketplace is unparalleled. As one of the four founders of MDSI, he focuses his talents in the Northeast region. Rich Deakmann

Rich is a founding partner of Management Decision Systems. Since 1985 he has been recruiting sales, technical and management people in the Chicago market. During that period, he has placed over 650 professionals in all areas of the software industry. His contacts and expertise range from venture backed start-ups to industry leading software giants and he has references in each category. Rich graduated in May of 1985 from Pace University in New York City and has been in the recruiting field since June of 1985.

Joseph Mahoney

Joe joined MDSI in 1992. He had previously worked for a nationwide search firm for over five years. He has been covering the New England region for the past decade. Joe also conducts searches in the Upstate New York and Ontario regions. He is a graduate of Stockton State College with a BS degree in Business Administration/Finance. His hobbies include golf, skiing, volleyball, softball, and deep sea fishing.

Joe covers the states of Massachusettes, Rhode Island, and New York (except New York City), in addition to Hartford, Connecticut and Toronto, Ottawa, and London Canada.

David Sterenfeld

David is a Principal of Corporate Dynamix, which he started in 1992 with Carolyn Stokes. Prior to starting his recruiting career, David was a Regional Director for Victor Technologies. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Management. David lives in Phoenix, is married, has one daughter, and is an avid golfer.

David specializes in the placement of Sales Management Executives. He has been a recruiter since 1987 and his geographical range is the 14 Western states.

Carolyn Stokes

Carolyn is a Principal of Corporate Dynamix. She co-founded Corporate Dynamix with David Sterenfeld in 1992. Carolyn has been an executive recruiter since 1988. From her office in Los Angeles, she specializes in the placement of Pre-Sales Engineers, Consultants and Marketing Executives in the 14 Western states.

Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, Carolyn worked in the information technology field for five years. She has a B.A. degree in communications (with a minor in marketing) from California State University at Stanislaus. She is married and has one son.
